Given that it is now mid-year and that many of us seem to have been having a rough time of it lately, now seems like an excellent time for a kudos meme. Tag in character, as yourself, or even anonymously if you prefer! Just spread the love, y'all. ♥

Looooord, Beth and Kili's friendship is just one of my favourite things ever. They're so good together, they're so much alike, but they support each other so completely and it gives me hearts in my eyes every single time we thread them. I just love reading Kili's threads in general, though, everything he's been through with Tauriel and their adorable relationship. HE JUST MAKES ME REALLY HAPPY.

I think we all know exactly all of my feelings about the fellow TRC canonmates, which boils down to a bunch of button smashing and quiet groaning and happy sighs because you're all so amazing and you've all done such good jobs in keeping the core of canon true in these characters while letting them grow and change and be real, dynamic people in this new place.

It's so good that Adam's happy and! it's so much fun looking at the difference between how he acts around certain characters uuuuuugh it's so good IT'S SO GOOD.

I always enjoy the different interactions I can get when I tag off Tris. With Thomas, she almost strikes me as being the older, wiser, stern big sister who's going to tell him like it is and make sure he doesn't die. With Alec, it's someone who's going to make Alec shut his damn trap.

Man, I am so so glad you volunteered to let Damen find himself in her bed on his first day. I hadn't really had a chance to thread with her before then and I absolutely LOVE their growing friendship already. There aren't many female characters in Damen's canon and he doesn't have a very solid relationship with ANY (not counting the woman that fucked him over) and I'm absolutely loving the opportunity for him to have that now. She's so fascinating too, for both Damen and myself. Ugh, I love her.

Luke loves his Shadowhunter stepson and so do I. ;____; idk, man, our threads just never fail to give me a whole lot of feelings, because you get Alec SO WELL. It would be easy to take a character like him and push him out of that tendency to keep things bottled up, but you've managed to find this really amazing balance between all the things he wants to say and all the things he feels in his narrative and what actually comes out. And the times he does let someone in just a little more kill me with feelings.

I haven't had a thread with Porthos in ages and that's terrible. He's another one where the fact that you love him just shines through and you find all the best parts of him. Also I still love his early threads and his inability to deal with modern lighting and adding a dimmer switch to the apartment. It was just such a smart, fun little detail to his narrative.

I loved that you asked me to do his debut just because of where Beth is from, but even more than that, I love how he's this sweet, gentle guy and they've become real friends despite the fact that she used to kill guys like him. XD Reading his entire plot now is so great, too, watching him change, seeing his relationship with Sirius, reading everything that's going on with him, I love it and you're so good with him.

I think it takes a certain sort of bravery to tackle such a well known and regarded character like Harry, and you absolutely blow him out of the water. He's so good, and has such a clear and distinct voice that is so obviously that Harry Potter that so many of us grew up with.

Also! His and Henry's thread on Henry's debut was so fucking priceless and I can't even handle it, I still fucking chuckle about that shit.

He's lost a lot, but you've always been really dedicated to keeping him around and trying to find ways to play through things that are difficult on him. PLUS HE'S JUST A CUTIE. :3
