While she really hates having to work to truly afford what she wants, there's so much variety in Darrow as far as clothing goes. Well, everything really - from food, to shops. Storybrooke has had the exact same things for 30 years. So definitely the variety and the fact that it changes!

Good question! For Aurora, I would say electricity and the industrial nature of a city are proving the most difficult for her to adjust to; she grew up in the woods, and as she got older, surrounded by faeries, magical creatures, and magic, so to be in a city seemingly made up of the substance that can hurt faeries in her world is a challenge. I want her to be able to move out into the countryside, eventually.

Ophelia is adjusting to the modern "manners" she's encountered so far. She is especially having difficulties fitting in at school because she's still so attached to the fashion of her own era? At some point I'm going to have her experiment more with fashion and make-up.

Marius is surprisingly the most well-adjusted character of mine; he is still getting used to not being in Paris and not having to worry about his grandfather. I'd say, for him, trying to reconcile the guilt he feels for both the barricades and his father is what he struggles most with, especially as he puts himself out in Darrow. Also still needs to find a steady job, but I'm working on that.

Mostly, yeah. I mean, it's still weird to think about, that she killed someone, but it was closure for her more than anything else. In a weird sort of way, it helps.

Sam is Sam because his life is the saddest. D: But yeah, I think so. Probably not for a while, because for him, getting over Andrea is going to be easier said than done and he'll never really be that comfortable while he's still totally, stupidly in love with her, but it'll happen.

Probably not as long as he doesn't try to eat her. :D

Right now, I kind of want to say Lucy, but that's mostly riding the high of just getting into a relationship. It goes a long way towards making her happier here in general, girl needed something to go right for her, but I'm not sure it's a deep-rooted contentment yet. In that sense, Eduardo would win. He's very settled, very content with the life he has for himself, and doesn't really miss much about home anymore.

Oh man, she LOVES it. She's admittedly a little disappointed to have gotten here, like, right after kissing Kristoff and having him not be around, but she's so excited about so much here. Catching up on the time she missed is weird, but thrilling.

Rayojini's biggest hope is probably to find some way to feel truly useful. It's her biggest hope wherever she goes, really. (My biggest hope for her is for her to actually deal with what's shaping up to look like some shade of PTSD.)

As to whether or not she's happy, she's certainly not unhappy, but actually being happy for more than a fleeting moment is almost an alien concept to her.

Russell is incredibly happy and he's never EVER go home, because he knows he's dead. There's no home to go to anymore. Katie and Jamie are his home and without them, even if he wasn't dead, even if he could get David and Judy back, Ogden Marsh wouldn't be home.

Well, in Darrow, because I play the only ballet dancer, Lily actually gets a lot more work than she did in canon. She's a principal dancer here and since there's no one to really fight her for the leads, she tends to get most of them. It's not as big as New York, but she gets to perform in the spotlight a lot more.

Sometimes she wishes he'd let her help him more when he's going through bad things, but she also understands the need to do it on his own, because she's like that, too.

She loves too much about him for her to pick just one thing. She loves that he has something he's passionate about, she loves that he's supportive of her without ever being overbearing. She loves that he believes in her and in them. She loves his sense of humour, she loves that he speaks his mind, she loves that he has no filter. She loves his tattoos and his smile and his freckles. HA HA, KATE HAS A NEWT PROBLEM.

Kate regrets almost having sex with Harley. :( He means so much to her and she was lonely and sad and she just really regrets putting their friendship in danger like that. For awhile, she was genuinely afraid she was going to lose him.

While Beth misses her family, of course, she understands that what she was doing back there wasn't living, it was only surviving. She's always wanted to be able to live again and Darrow gives her that chance. She's really genuinely happy about being here. I can't see her ever missing the situation she was in.

SOON, I HOPE. I want to talk to Sunny when they get back from hiatus, but then I'll get back to you on that. Andrea would say she doesn't anticipate it changing their arrangment much, but lol, she's never had an infant before, so I expect things will be really hard for awhile until she adjusts. She'll do her best, though, to not change how often she sees Jordan because it's really important to her that she be there for her.

RUSSELL WANTS TO GET MARRIED AND HAVE LIKE, TEN THOUSAND BABIES~ Maybe not the babies part, unless Katie wants to, but he does want to marry her. :3

MAGIC? I would really like to have her find out the truth about Nina's death, but I'm not really sure how. She doesn't know anything about ghosts, so she'd never make that leap on her own. She would be VERY VERY SAD. :( Her kneejerk reaction would be to want to make him promise he'll never do that again, but she knows she could never actually say that.

It depends. It would have to be a pretty great guy. Kate has high standards for her friends and Carla Jean is special to her.

Mostly that no one is dead! :D Beth's pretty good at adjusting to new situations, so she's actually had a really easy time settling in, especially with Daryl and Carl here. She just really, really loves not running.

Addendum question: how is Beth so freaking cute?

He know there are things she's not telling him, and that they're Maybe Not Good Things, and that it's causing a divide between them. But I really don't think he suspects that it's something about her. If you really pressed him, he'd admit that he worries that something happened to their relationship and that he's responsible. But the idea that she has a Deep Dark Secret is the very last thing he suspects.

For better or for worse, 'ferre has had a lot to think about lately. He's doing okay, but going to Downton, and seeing Sybil's family, has made it harder for him to ignore that they come from such different worlds. It has also made him worry that he has become too complacent in Darrow. So just... he has been even more serious and thoughtful than usual lately.

He is doing quite splendidly! He has also had a lot to think about, and he really, really misses his friends, but he increasingly sees Darrow as one big opportunity. I mean, he's running into snags along the way, but he's doing well.
