Entry tags:
[meme] Test Drive
Tag into this post with characters you're thinking of apping to the game (characters who are not currently in-game or currently reserved by someone else). It can be just a tag, a brief EP, a blurb about the character, a line of dialogue, or whatever you want. You can be new to the game, or simply want to test out a fresh pup. Tag each other with these characters or those already in game, and have fun.
Also, please include the name of their canon somewhere in or on the comment or on their profile page.

I know that fear, far too well, I think. But your teachings have never failed me.

I'm relieved to hear it. And I feel proud I was able to carry on the tradition of teaching my master passed to me.

Between you and Master Yoda, I can't imagine having better mentors.
no subject
You trained with Master Yoda?
I can see now how you've become so strong.
no subject
It was certainly a humbling experience.
no subject
He's far more intimidating than his appearance leads you to believe. And more powerful.
no subject
I found that out the hard way. More than once.

I met him for the first time when I was very young. I was told to be respectful to all of the members of the Council, but I was nervous and though I kept a serious face, in my mind I thought he was funny to look at. The talking to I got from him that day was not something I will ever forget.
no subject
Which is probably why you failed to mention what he looked like to me when you sent me to him.
no subject
It was definitely a formative memory for me. I'm glad my future self saw fit to share that with you.

At the time, thanking you was the last thing on my mind. I think Master Yoda felt much the same. He tried to turn me away.
no subject
I can't imagine Master Yoda turning anyone away. Something very dire must have happened. I'm not so sure I should ask what that might have been.

There was a Jedi that turned to the Dark Side. He nearly destroyed the Jedi. I think Master Yoda's reaction was partially to teach me a lesson, and partially from worry that the same might happen to me. I was quite a bit older than most Jedi apprentices were when they started the training.

Your father. Master Yoda could see your father in you, starting your training late, having me as your teacher. He had every right to worry.
I can't believe I didn't sense it before. Anakin turned. Why didn't you tell me?

To save you the same pain I feel at losing one of my own students. And perhaps, because in the end he returned. Too late to completely undo the damage he did, but he died as the Jedi you trained him to be.
no subject
Of course I now have many questions. But I will start by asking if you think your apprentice could be similarly returned to the Order? Can you sense any light remaining in him?

It has been a very long time since I've been near him. And I fear even if I were to get close, my own wishes may cloud my judgment.
Or perhaps I fear more having hope and finding it extinguished.
I've had a very long exile to consider the options and I still can't decide.
But if he does return, I don't think it will be by my hand.
no subject
It might need to be that way, another Jedi reaching out to him. Your bond with him is still strong. He could try to sway you to the Dark Side.
I met a girl, strong in the force but untrained. Perhaps she's the hope you seek.
no subject
Perhaps, I've met her, too.
no subject
I hope you have. There’s something about her, a feeling I have. She will be important in our future.
