With the holiday season among us, it's time for a chance to spread the love, gush about all of our wonderful pups and players, and just be generally cool to one another. So, as promised, it's Kudos Meme time!

Tag in each of your characters, then go around and respond to the others with kudos for their characters. Tell them why you love having them in game, what you enjoy about the character, praise a specific plot or thread, whatever love you have to spread. (If you'd rather just do a block comment of kudos, that's okay, too!) Share your favorite moments, tags, threads, plots, etc.

Ugh, Mindy. Perfect, precious Mindy. She is utterly delightful and her voice is just COMPLETELY spot-on. I know you've had a hard time with her lately (and understandably so) but I'm so so happy she's in the game. I really feel she like she (AND YOU) bring so so much to this game and community. <3

Also, we have not NEARLY threaded enough, but I am 100% down for a Bitty/Mindy movie night. He has much to learn and see! And he absolutely loves Mindy (and Leo, of course). If you ever want a private thread, I am all for it.

BETH. I don't even watch Walking Dead but Beth has been one of my favorites to read since before I even joined the game. I lurk, I'm not even going to lie. Your characters are always among my favorites, they're so fleshed out and complete and no matter who I'm reading about, they're just always so vibrant and human. Your writing is just always so inspiring to me and I push myself in every one of our threads (and sometimes I don't feel like I'm succeeding very well, but I always want to keep threading).

I think -- again, with little knowledge about the series -- it feels like it'd be easy to make Beth either super tragic or super ~cute~ but she's neither, and both; she's very much herself and she's always interesting to read about because of that.

I'm loving her and Blue together and I hope for a lot more of that in the next year, even if they're both awkward turtles a little bit :) And I'm SO glad to have gotten the opportunity to get to know you a bit better over the last year, so here's to more of that <3

So, I honestly think that when I finally end up watching Shadowhunters (and it's definitely a WHEN at this point thanks to all you fuckers) I'm going to be SO confused by their Luke. Which I know is dumb! And the Luke they have seems delightful! But, your Luke is the Luke I LOVE. I've never read his canon, but I love this character so much and I LOVE that prickly, annoying Ronan took an almost immediate liking to him. I love every interaction they've ever had. I LOVE HIM.

HEY SO. True confession time: When I tried watching Teen Wolf the first time, many many years ago, I actually REALLY REALLY hated Derek. I didn't watch enough (or carefully enough, I'll admit - I like to multitask) so I missed a lot of his tragic backstory and mostly thought he was just a broody, creepy jerkface.

And then he tagged Bitty on the beach.

And I was fucking history.

Obviously, I've since re-watched a lot of Teen Wolf and I adore this stupid jerkface now and absolutely LOVE how you play him. He's been through a lot in the city and has grown and developed so much from where you took him from canon and I LOVE that. He still has enough of the essential elements that keep him DEREK, but you've allowed him to progress and grow and develop attachments he wouldn't've otherwise. He's a strong, well-rounded, and fascinating character. And I'm so so glad I get to play off him. <3

I have been totally upfront with you about my initial reservations about Kavinsky IG, mainly based on the fact that he was a character that I initially wanted to play and I was a little bit touchy about other versions of him? You play him so much better than I ever would have and, added bonus, I now get to thread with him all the time. I've been RPing for a long add time and Newt/Kav (and Al/Newt/Kav on the horizon) is one of my favourite ships that I've ever had the privilege to play. Your Kav is IC and nuanced and amazing to play off. Beautifully written. I never would have pegged him as a character who's break my heart but...here we are.

Basically, I love him and I love that, because of him, we've gotten to be friends.

I love the way you play this character. I know next to nothing about Dragon Age despite both my husband and a good friend of mine playing it, but Krem sounds so interesting to me, and I love his personality in game. He works really well against Will too, and I like their sort of basic friendship. I feel like they will always have each other's backs.

Also you were totally my hero the other night. I can't even tell you how much just getting to talk things out (and thus sort my feelings out) helped. I can't say thank you enough.

I just love, so much, what you've done with Tauriel. She was a good character to begin with, but you've taken her and made her even better - she feels so real, and it's great. None of mine have had a tremendous amount of interaction with her, but I've loved every thread we've had.

And on a more selfish note: I knew when I brought Fíli in that I didn't want to have him disliking Tauriel forever Because Elves, but that it was going to be a process to get him out of that mindset, and the way you write Tauriel just makes it so easy that sometimes I have to take a step back like WAIT NO HE SHOULDN'T THINK SHE'S THAT GREAT BACK UP THERE. So thank you for that, too.
