meme: personality test

HAPPY WEEKEND! HAVE A MEME. :D

One of the personality tests taken widely today is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. According to Wikipedia:
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.
Here's how it works on a basic level. There are four dichotomies in personalities that, when combined, result in sixteen different possible types. The four preferences are:
  1. Attitudes: extraversion/introversion
Does a person generally draw energy from action and interacting with people (extraversion) or from ideas and reflecting alone (introversion)?

  2. Functions: sensing/intuition
Does a person tend to trust information that's in the present, detailed, and tangible (sensing), or information that's more theoretical, draws upon principle, and looks towards the future (intuition)?

  3. Functions: thinking/feeling
Does a person make decisions based on a detached perspective grounded in logic (thinking), or by empathizing with the situation and looking at it from the inside (feeling)?

  4. Lifestyle: judging/perception
Does a person prefer to live a life where matters are mostly settled (judging) or prefer a life which is flexible and have decisions be open (perception)?

When you figure out each one of the 'letters' appropriate for a person, you then put them together to get a type! For example, I'm introverted, intuitive, thinking, and judging, therefore I'm INTJ.

The meme is simple: Tag in with your characters and share their MBTI type! You can either go with the principle of the four dichotomies above, or you can take a typology test from the perspective of your character if you're unsure.

Add even more fun by looking up descriptions of their type and sharing with everyone the most hilariously accurate (or perhaps inaccurate) parts of the article. You can even search online for compatibility between two characters' types, both platonic and romantic.

Really, there are no strict guidelines — just have fun!

bonus: because lys and di like data, we'll be doing a type tally at the very end. :D

Spock - INTJ

INTJ

because of reasons

"The INTJ sees life as a problem to be solved. For that reason, the INTJ is the person a company brings in from the outside to streamline production processes and identify redundant assets for termination. The INTJ's combination of analyticial problem-solving skills and complete and utter disregard for the morality or consequences of his actions also make him ideal for the job of hatchet man, CIA operative, and helpdesk operator."

"TJ"s relate to others with a objective, decisive attitude that frequently shows an opinion on the topic of conversation. If the opinion is negative, the TJ's attitude may be threatening to the INFP, who will tend to respond emotionally to the negativity and be vaguely but emphatically convinced that the negativity is somehow the INFP's fault.

IT'S A GOOD THING SPOCK LIKES RUKIA.

Further INTJ/INFP stuff:
...the INFP’s Aspirational Te admires the INTJ’s Supportive Te, which naturally wants to “parent” the INFP. Meanwhile, the INTJ’s Eternal Child Fi seeks relief from stress by aligning with the values Heroically espoused by the INFP’s Fi. So long as those values are in accord, all is well.
