Personals. We're all familiar with them, if only just the romantic variety. What kind of personals ad would your character place? This doesn't have to be just for romance, but also looking for help with things, striking up friendships, etc. Consider it a precursor to the actual in-game use of cityinternet.

(And, for added hilarity, post to other characters' ads with IC responses.)
