MEME: Reverse Questions - Pups Ask the Muns

Muns: Post here listing all of the characters you play (you might want to list journals, too, just for reference) or are thinking of playing.

Everyone: Ask the MUNS anything about the GAME or THEIR PUPS, because we all know the muns will answer when the characters won't. They can be specific questions ("How does he feel about her?") or general questions ("Why did you choose this pup?", "How do you channel them?", etc.)

Did Solo ever think he could settle down with one person, or is he as surprised as the rest of us right now?

Yes, just like he could stop gambling at any time if he wanted to he was sure that he could settle down with one person if he wanted to. But why would he want to? It's come as a "death by a thousand cuts" though so when he looks back it makes sense. Of course if he can't leave the city then he would be forced to adjust how he sleeps with/spends time with women. So of course he'd gravitate toward the best woman in the city and of course that would mean he wouldn't need or want to be with anyone else.

How is Jesse handling single fatherhood?

Better than he thought he would. He was pretty involved as a dad before Beca left and she left when Ripley was still pretty young so he was still adjusting to everything. The single part is really rough on him though. This is the second time Beca has left and the third time his significant other has vanished while he was with them so he's starting to wonder if he's not supposed to be with anyone (and he knows being a single father doesn't help). But having Ripley definitely helps, something about having someone else there to make it an "Us against the world" sort of thing that makes their bond closer than it might have been. He loves being a dad and is really happy to find that he can be the best dad possible while still doing what he loves. It just gets super exhausting sometimes.

He'd probably be somewhat glad that there's not another uppity, uptight hero around to get on his case. He wouldn't completely trust you but he'd see you as a semi-kindred spirit.

What does Solo see as his long-term future? And how do I fit into it, if I do?

Solo has a rough time thinking of that just because that's not how he lives his life and, if he thinks about it honestly, he thinks you'll want things he doesn't. Kids, a family, stability, etc. Of course, he hasn't given any genuine thought to if he actually wants those things too, for so much of his life he's seen those as things that would keep him in one spot. He's already in one spot though and he's had some very pleasant surprises (namely you) come about because of that. What he would like his future to be is to stay with you, because he k ones that's what would make him happiest.

Honestly I think the longer you wait to have it the better it might actually go.
