Your pup has just ingested a large quantity of veritaserum, or "truth potion." Any questions asked of them they have to answer truthfully, whether they want to or not! There's absolutely no way around it.

It's hard to say without actually trying more. But in my head, the ideal's some mix of friendship and physical intimacy.

I actually miss being in a relationship — a lot — but don't think it'd be good for either of us if we went there.
