Given that it is now mid-year and that many of us seem to have been having a rough time of it lately, now seems like an excellent time for a kudos meme. Tag in character, as yourself, or even anonymously if you prefer! Just spread the love, y'all. ♥

Okay, so before I had even apped into this game I had figured Carson would be more or less un-shippable. I headcanoned him as vaguely demisexual for a plethora of reasons and in addition to his misanthropic attitude I just kinda figured 'Eh, I'll be happy if/when he makes friends.' Any kind of romantic entanglement just seemed too far out of reach for him and I just kinda accepted it and continued on.

And then The Girl asked him to dance.

I just... this young romance between them caught me so off guard, and it absolutely delights me. She's his exactly opposite, the free spirit to his Type A, and for a million reasons it shouldn't work but it does. She's a gem of a character, raw and vulnerable but fully capable of being steely when she needs to be, and I adore her so much. She is so eager to be a normal girl and live a normal life that every once in awhile a tag will break my heart, but in the same go she's funny and opinionated and I just can't get over how charismatic she is. Her relationship with Poison (so good, so pure), her growing network of friendships, and her joy and trauma just all wrap up to create this brilliant character that you've fleshed out and brought into this game.
