Two memes in a row? You betcha.

Given that it is now mid-year and that many of us seem to have been having a rough time of it lately, now seems like an excellent time for a kudos meme. Tag in character, as yourself, or even anonymously if you prefer! Just spread the love, y'all. ♥

Tag in each of your characters, then go around and respond to the others with kudos for their characters. Tell them why you love having them in game, what you enjoy about the character, praise a specific plot or thread, whatever love you have to spread. The grumpiest of grumps! I love how Cliff tries so hard to maintain that disgruntled facade but that it falls so easily and he shows that soft underbelly. I like how he's getting more and more comfortable with his werewolf self as time passes too.

Bahaha, oh my, I've LOVED threading Cliff and Luke and I always want more. Having that sort of dynamic where Luke is the one who knows more about being what they are has been so interesting for me and I've loved reading Cliff with others, watching the way he interacts with them and becomes more comfortable with himself as time goes on.

Man, while I'm not familiar with Cliff's canon, I have to say that his thread with Jack was definitely one of my favorite interactions I've had for Jack thus far. There's a lot of nuance and depth to how you write Cliff — how he wasn't immediately charmed by Jack, but always had Jack's best interests at heart, and then slowly that grumpiness started to fade as he was reminded of better parts of his life. It feels very appropriate for Cliff's age, and honestly very human in general. I've been peeking into some threads that are more related to Cliff's werewolf status as well, and it's really fun to see a werewolf who's kind of annoyed by it and not quite sure where it fits in his identity yet. I think there's a lot of growth yet to come with Cliff, and I know I'll definitely be following along as those threads show up, because I think you're doing a great job with this guy.

Ugh god, CLIFF. I love him so much. I need to dedicate an hour or two to catching up on his canon, actually, and throw Bitty at him again soon because Bitty absolutely adores him. I love how sort of surprising their friendship has been and I'm SO eager to see how it grows. Cliff is so freaking wonderful that I just want all the good things for him.
