Given that it is now mid-year and that many of us seem to have been having a rough time of it lately, now seems like an excellent time for a kudos meme. Tag in character, as yourself, or even anonymously if you prefer! Just spread the love, y'all. ♥

Bitty is such a warm character and one I can tell that you love so much. It's expressed in each in every tag. Mindy and I love him so much, and not just because he makes killer pies.

But on a serious note, I feel like going into my long and detailed feelings on Bitty would be unnecessary by now. He is an ACTUAL RAY OF SUNSHINE and the fact that he's unwittingly and accidentally become Carson's BFF is absolutely my favorite thing in the world. You took a delightful comic character who was somewhat two dimensional, fleshed him out and gave him warmth and depth, and I will forever be in awe of that. All the love forever and always. ♥

I still love how random their friendship is, and somewhat fraught as they work out each other's issues. They're freaking adorable and I'm so so glad I've gotten to know YOU through them. <333

This sweet summer child. Everything about his voice and his interactions is so true to canon, and it's such a delight to read his threads. I've especially loved playing off of him, and watching the evolution of his character, and how he still has his worries and his flaws but he's a growing! boy! SO PROUD!!

A growing boy just trying his hardest, he swears. I'm so so glad you like him and like playing OFF him. I love that I've gotten to throw him at so many people and I've adored his threads with Krem. Thank you for all of those! <3

Oh my godddd, what a wonderful guy. There are a lot of characters whose canons I don't know that I end up threading with because they know someone one of mine knows and the results are so interesting, and I loooove where Bitty and Kate have gone in particular. He's just so sweet and she's not really used to that, but somehow they work as friends anyway and I love it. LOVE IT.

Oh man, I love them SO MUCH. I'm so glad Kate took a chance on him and that they've stayed friends even. I'm so delighted by their dynamic, ngl. She's basically his Darrow Shitty, heee. :D

You give Bitty so much. He's one of those characters where it'd be so easy to just spin him off into this twee version of himself. Instead you've still found room for his passions, his kindness, his insecurities, and I LOVE IT?

I am honestly CONSTANTLY worried about making him too twee and I know I definitely DO go too far sometimes, so this comment means a lot to me. Also, boy misses Bay. :(

I haven't gotten to play off of this guy since back in the days of Kurt Hummel, but my goodness, I still follow him because you give him such life of the sort that totally drew me into the series (and had me catching up over the course of a couple of hours). He's an absolute sweetheart, you treat him with such care and you make each one of his relationships subtly different, which is such a Bitty thing because Bitty recognizes what's special in all people and honors that in his own way.

I need to throw Jessica at him ASAP, because yes. Jessica wants, Di wants.

Oh man, I still remember that thread; I LOVED that thread. Thank you, Kurt Hummel for welcoming my boy into Darrow. (And getting him to a hospital, lol.) I'm also selfishly so glad I got you hooked on that wonderful, silly little comic. It makes me SO HAPPY.

And yes, definitely! I want Jessica! So does Bitty even if he doesn't know it yet.

This precious pie-maker. I need him forever. I love, LOVE his threads with Thomas Sharpe and with Bull and with literally any other character I can throw at him. You play him so well and so consistently? Like I can read a post and know it's Bitty without looking because OF COURSE.

I'm super lucky that his voice is REALLY distinct and also that his canon is largely from his POV so I can pretty easily steal his mannerisms straight from the source. I'm so glad it comes through so well!

Also, you should read it! It reads super quickly, I promise. I think Di finished it in like an hour or two. Suzi, too. :D

Bitty just makes me explode into a bunch of bouncing hearts all over the floor. It's messy but worth it.

No but really, I love him so much. You absolutely capture him, down to the concern and the word choices and the juggling eight things at once, and you're the reason I started reading Check, Please and it absolutely paid off, I'm in love with ALL of these damn babies now. I'm so glad he and Jack have figured things out. He and Blue need to hang out more (or well, thread, I assume they see a lot of each other at work). He and GRANTAIRE need to hang out more!

Precious little cinnamon bits. This character has legit changed my life. He was so captivating right from the get go, and it led me to finding a new fandom and apping a character of my own. And that's all because of how brilliantly you play him.

Rapunzel adores him, and he is one of Derek's favorite people in Darrow. They've been through a lot, and I really love the groove they've settled into.

And of course, Jack. Bitty means everything to Jack, and without him there's no way that Jack would be doing as well as he is in Darrow. He's actually happy, and I adore each and every one of their threads and I can't wait to see what's next for these idiots. ♥
