My shirt is clean and pressed and my haircut is precise and I'm wearing the official uniform. I can't think what else I could do to look more like an Elder, sir.

Hey, sorry. My only references are a kind of tree and a synonym for old. I really didn't mean offense, just caught me off guard at first.

Which is maybe unwarranted, since everyone I know has names way less reasonable than Elder.

Oh, yeah. I mean, I've heard of Mormons. Don't have a lot of experience with people that are Mormons... obviously I had no idea Elder is a title. Which sounds better.

I can't say that I have. Hard to get your hands on books where I'm from. I mean, we got library stashes here and there. But I'm pretty sure that's not in there.
