Just wanted to say that (while I haven't tagged back yet because I suck), I'm really enjoying your portrayal of Four so far! A question, since that is the point of this thing: what is/do you think will be the hardest for Four to adapt to in Darrow?

OMG GOD BLESS YOUR PERFECT FACE THANK YOU. :p He's THE FUNNEST so far, but I'm very nailbitey over his voice, so nice words are like fairy dust and unicorn hair to me.

I think the biggest challenge for Four right now is the absence of fear. Everything in his life has been completely fear motivated, so much so that in some respects he doesn't have a clear idea of who he is. He's not Tobias Eaton, he hates Tobias Eaton, and Four isn't much more than the Dauntless soldier that isn't under his father's thumb.

Basically, lots and lots of identity issues without all the trauma of the identity issues he has in the last book of the trilogy. XD

Would you ever canon-update Four to the end of the trilogy?

I grew up watching MASH. I also grew up in a medical family. He's always been my favorite. IT'S JUST INEVITABLE, OKAY. XD

God...I don't know. If Tris wasn't updated, he'd have to live with the knowledge she was gone, and keeping that from her just might shatter him. If SHE was canon updated...I think he'd shatter for a whole different reason. It really depends on his future CR, because he'd need a SERIOUSLY stable support network to get him through that shit. I am a muse sadist, but even I have limits.

Not a question because I am too brainless to think of good ones, but I've spent the past week doing a M*A*S*H rewatch as my background tv while crocheting and tagging. It's amazing how much I learned watching that show growing up. Also, damn it, why'd you have to mention Rick? Evie's been floating around in the back of my head for ages as one I try to resist.
