HOW ABOUT A FRIDAY NIGHT MEME?

Muns: Post here listing all of the characters you play (you might want to list journals, too, just for reference) or are thinking of playing.

Everyone: Ask the MUNS anything about the GAME or THEIR PUPS, because we all know the muns will answer when the characters won't. They can be specific questions ("How does he feel about her?") or general questions ("Why did you choose this pup?", "How do you channel them?", etc.) You can even have pups ask the questions, but ANSWERS are coming from the MUNS.

And I might! Her exit point is fairly recent, so it depends what happens coming up in USM and All-New Ultimates - at the moment there isn't anything in either that I necessarily need, kind of? There's nothing I don't sort of have an equivalent for except maybe the change to being Black Widow, and that still hasn't been explained enough for me to want to bring it in. So maybe down the line once they explain the reasonings and stuff, and if something happens that I particularly want to use. But for the moment she's not far enough separate that it'd be worth it.

I usually like to go as late as possible but given CERTAIN FACTORS I'm thinking before Changes/Cold Days, since idk if the Winter Knight thing'd apply in Darrow? I mean I could say it did but it'd be kinda weird with no Mab or co. to boss him around and make being the Winter Knight a whole Thing. And obviously if he was from post-Changes and lost that mantle that's kinda difficult given what happens to his physical condition if he loses it. Interesting, but I dunno if that's the direction I wanna go/what I want to deal with. So post White Night, so no Lasciel, probably Turn Coat-ish?

although as anyone who has ever thought about apping harry dresden has, i did have a long tempting look at Dead Beat, because... riding a zombie dinosaur

But heck, I haven't read Skin Game yet, so maybe there'll be something in there I super want, who knows!

And idk, do canon updates change characters' appearances? honestly if her hair's gonna go short I'd rather have her cut it as a whole thing. and then grow it back over the course of... what. years? It's to the small of her back, that's gotta be fuckin' years, right?

I can confirm on the hair growing taking years, I recently had 8-9 inches chopped off mine but before that I could just about sit on it, and it took me like 4-5 years to get it that long.

I would suggest reading Skin Game first because there's kind of some big stuff that happens that explains things going on in previous books that would have eventual implications for him in the city.

I will say that Skin Game doesn't add anymore loose threads, really? It feels a lot like the earlier books in terms of a more relatively confined plot arc.
