HOW ABOUT A FRIDAY NIGHT MEME?

Muns: Post here listing all of the characters you play (you might want to list journals, too, just for reference) or are thinking of playing.

Everyone: Ask the MUNS anything about the GAME or THEIR PUPS, because we all know the muns will answer when the characters won't. They can be specific questions ("How does he feel about her?") or general questions ("Why did you choose this pup?", "How do you channel them?", etc.) You can even have pups ask the questions, but ANSWERS are coming from the MUNS.

Peeeeeeeeeeta. I have questions. 1) Is he happy in Darrow?; 2) What kind of long-term goals does he have in the city; 3) Is he afraid of the possibility of going back to Panem or does he want to go home?

1) Strangely, yes. He wasn't for a long time, but he's found a peace here he didn't think was possible.
2) He has a hard time thinking in long-term goals, even now. Surviving was always the main goal, and after the victory tour he gave up on the idea that they might be able to live a life as he wanted. It's a hard mindset to break out of.
3) He would want to go back to Panem only to stop Snow. There doesn't seem to be anything else there for him. He knows something bad happens after 75th games, but he doesn't know what.

A follow-up on (3). Does he ACTIVELY want to go back? Or is it more like 'if it happened he'd deal and take care of business'?

And one more because I am all about me. :P What does Peeta think of Effie being in a relationship?

3) He actively doesn't want to go back. But if it happened it would be okay.

He likes it. He really thinks she deserves to be happy (even if he'd always sorta wondered if her and Haymitch had ever... )

HAHAHAHAHA. Would he have been freaked out or what if Effie and Haymitch HAD gotten together? I want to ask more questions, Dee. There is a question I've had about Peeta for ages and am curious about your take on it. Not game related, but character related. How would he have dealt with being forced into what Finnick was forced into? If he'd become a mentor and not gone back into the arena, I mean.

I don't think so. I think he does think Haymitch is damaged and Effie is a bit odd at times, but especially after that Victory tour and sending them back into the arena could really see how they would bond.

I think that Peeta would have borne it for a while, and borne it decently in public though it would have killed him inside. But he'd have been the silent and strong one, smiling for the cameras and carrying the weight as best he could. He would have done his best to protect whomever they sent into the arena, and it would have pushed him to revolt sooner rather than later.

You have no idea how much I love him. Almost as much as EFFIE loves him. OK. One last question since you told me to keep going. ;) Actually, I lie. Two questions.

(1) What are Peeta's feelings about the other Victors (in particular Finnick and Johanna)?
(2) What (if anything) does he miss from 12?

How do you think Mary will grow as a mother as time passes?

I think a time will come (not too long from now) where she's going to have a hard time with it. As much as she says John is an adrenaline junkie there is a part of her that is as well. This normal life that they have is hard, harder than she's imagined, especially because they're trapped here. She'll wonder how she can ever raise a child and what she was thinking. She doesn't know how to be a mother!

It's 10 years later, and your characters are still in the city. How have they changed? What are they doing?

HAHAHAHA oh god. Ten years!

Tosh and Owen have a house together, but aren't married. They have a 7 year old son. They still run Torchwood, and they've seen too many of the people they've cared about vanish or be hurt.

Sybil is married to Henri and they have two children. One is of curious parentage due to the nature of her canon update, but neither of them cares. They've had a few very hard times, especially after said update but they made it through. She's a nursing supervisor and she encourages him to run for city council. She's very much the same.

Juno has a band and is living with friends. She's had a few boy/girlfirneds but things never work out.

Peeta... Oh man. I have this idea of him and Claudia getting married and having a kid. Either way he's a painter and spends most of his time working on his art. He makes plans now. He likes the future and thinking about it.

Kenya... I don't think she'll be here after ten years. If she is she'll have the diner still, and the club she and Molokov are opening. She'll have her girls and friends and people she looks out for, and may someday let her guard down enough to let in someone and let them really love her. But that's harder.

Mary will possibly have killed John, or will have found a way to get Sherlock here. Their daughter will be full of mischief I'm sure and will have John wrapped up her finger which will probably drive Mary crazy. She may have gone back to some sort of more dangerous work than nursing >.>

Elena, will have rebuilt her pack here in Darrow, along with Jeremy and Clay. Will probably have had the twins. Will be very very very much the same person.

Posner. Oh god, the things I hope is that hell is that his life isn't what it is back home. He will have his own lace and maybe have gone to uni here. I still see him going back, and maybe one day owning a bookstore rather than following the scholarly pursuits, never quite suited to that. He'd have a boyfriend, I'd like to think, someone who's good to him.

<333333 Sybil loves his enthusiasm for things. He loves knowledge and learning and she does too, but not to that same degree that he does. That is something special and she appreciates it so much.

Posner fears being alone, lonely. More than anything he's afraid of ending up that way.

Juno loves her friends. Loves how different they are and how she's built a family.

Mary really likes him. She thinks he's a dedicated father and that he's complicated. She understands complicated far too well.
