Meme: Reverse Questions
Muns: Post here listing all of the characters you play (you might want to list journals, too, just for reference) or are thinking of playing.
Everyone: Ask the MUNS anything about the GAME or THEIR PUPS, because we all know the muns will answer when the characters won't. They can be specific questions ("How does he feel about her?") or general questions ("Why did you choose this pup?", "How do you channel them?", etc.) You can even have pups ask the questions, but ANSWERS are coming from the MUNS.

Despite his canon, Russell's a pretty regular, small town sort of guy and he wants the regular things that a lot of people want. He wants to get married and have kids (though he's happy to help Katie raise Jamie, too) and he's happy to work as a cop for the rest of his life because he's good at it and he loves doing it. He'd never call himself particularly ambitious, he doesn't see the need to move up into any leadership positions, he's quite happy where he is.
MUAHAHAH TRAUMA. I'm not sure. I really want to do a timeloop for him, but I need to find the right moment and when I do, you'll be hearing about it for sure. I've been saying this for ages, but I'd really like to get it done in the next few months.

I know that sounds like a joke, but it's not far off. She wants power and she wants status. She would prefer Darrow just revert to how Rome worked, because the type of power and status people have here just aren't as impressive. The politicians don't impress her, the criminals only barely impress her. She wants the best for her son, but what she sees of Darrow doesn't even come close to what she considers the best, so it's kind of a lose-lose situation all around.

Russell probably moreso than Kate. If there was a way for Kate to take people with her to other places, she wouldn't have a problem leaving Darrow, because it's the people who are home to her, not the city. But Russell doesn't have anything to return to. He's dead and his hometown has been burned to the ground, so Darrow is the only place left for him now.

LMAOOO, there are no bridesmaids, but she CAN throw her a bachelorette party even though Kate will definitely NOT want one. I want this to happen. :DD
Hmm, I'd say both Kate and Lily have had a lot of growth. With Kate, it's almost impossible to NOT have her grow. I've been playing her for nearly four years over two games and when I started playing her she was only 16. People change a lot between the ages of 16 and 20 and they keep changing even after that. It's been very natural for her (I hope) and my goal has always been to try and take her toward the person she becomes in season 3 of the show and I feel like I've done that in a lot of ways. Lily, on the other hand, has grown simply because you can't put a person like her, someone with a tendency to just keep herself very separate and who'd rather leave than get too attached, into a world like this where there is no leaving and not have that change her. She still has trouble with admitting the extent of her feelings to a lot of people, but she's more willing to embrace then than she ever has before.
Ilithyia has had ZERO growth. >:D

Russell: I like that he's remained fairly normal, despite the terrible things that have happened to him. He's super resilient, he can bounce back from almost anything and sometimes I want to test that, see how far I can push him before he seriously breaks, but I love that he hasn't yet.
Andrea: Also despite the bad things that have happened to her, she's remained a fairly optimistic person who's relatively free with her feelings. She doesn't trust quite as easily as she used to, but she also hasn't let her terrible experiences get in the way of really loving people. And she's terrifying when pushed. >:D
Lily: I don't know if it comes across in my tags, but my favourite thing about her is the ease with which she interacts with people. I never have trouble with her tags because there's this nice flow to her that I hope I sometimes manage to actually capture.
Kate: It used to be her lack of filter, which I still love, but as she's changed, what I loved about her so much in season 3 of canon is what I love most about her here: she's actually very nurturing and good at caring for people. We get this switch in canon, where she and Marshall almost change roles and she becomes the one holding her family together in a lot of ways and I love that she can do that and that she's doing in some small ways here.
Ilithyia: MANIPULATION. I love having the chance to write a character like her, someone who's just completely all in it for herself and the beauty of her is that because she's so manipulative, I don't have to make excuses for it or soften her. I've had characters like her in the past in some ways, but in order to have them make connections and to keep them playable, I've had to soften them a little. With Ilithyia, I can have her do almost anything, including making connections, as long as it benefits her. It makes for a really interesting and fun playing experience.

How do you see Andrea's relationship with Mike changing as a result of babyplot?

Okay, but being serious, I do think there are little glimpses into a slightly less psychotic side of her even on the show, and these things make her playable. Despite a very different moral compass, I think she's capable of real love and so long as someone is benefiting her, genuine affection. I wouldn't call it loyalty by any means, because we see her happily give up everyone but her child in the series, but it's not always easy on her. Her hesitation when it comes to killing Lucretia comes to mind, as does her difficulty with her body slave's execution. That hurts her, you can see it. I also think she's a freaking genius. She's a brilliant woman and she has this amazing ability to read what people want and need from her and then shape herself to those desires in a way that still benefits her. That's the part of her I struggle with most, to be honest. I don't think I'm doing her intelligence justice by any means.
I think Andrea will feel closer to him in a lot of ways. She already feels very close to him, but there are parts of Mike that she thinks he keeps separate and while she understands that, it does put... I don't want to say roadblocks, because that's not what I mean, but it does mean they're not as close as she thinks they could be. Family and love and children are all very important things to her and even though she fully intends on Spike being the baby's father, for her anyway, it'll bring her closer to Mike.
