What does that word mean? I've never heard it before. Is it another language?

In Common Tongue it means "Son of the Dragon" or "Dragon Son". Amlugion is Sindarin, the language of my people.

In Fiore, they just call me Salamander, but I like that better. It's more respectful to Igneel. He doesn't like being disrespected.

Tauriel is a good name, too, though. It's pretty like your hair, it reminds me of a celestial spirit.

I have never heard of one of the great worms taking a human as one of their own, but more unusual things have happened, I suppose.

There were seven dragons, and each one took in a human. Seven humans for seven dragons. But sevem years ago, all the dragons disappeared, on the seventh day of the seventh month, in the year 777. I don't know why there are so many sevens in a row, but I know I need to find answers.

I was told by a friend who's a girl that girls like to be complimented. But she was a girl who really liked compliments, so it's possible she was just being selfish. I don't really know about girls to begin with. Dragons are pretty much all the same, male or female.

I am sure that after we find my friend, his companions will be able to take us to Smaug, who may have some answers. Or he may eat us, it is hard to tell with dragons.

As appreciated as they are, they are not necessary. The men and women of my people are essentially the same as well. I have no doubt that Legolas would appreciate compliments about his hair every bit as much as I do. Perhaps more.
