It's just the two of us, I'm afraid. I walked through an eluvian and found myself here. Not sure where the eluvian went, by the way, but it was gone when I turned around. I've been trying to find a way out since.

[A longer hiss that sounds, if one concentrates, a bit like 'Manfred.']

[ She makes a lightly dismayed grimace ] Sorry, I...? Can you write? Could you write it down? Not that I... have paper or a pencil. We could try charades? Do you know how to play charades?

[An uncertain hiss. He holds up a fist and shakes it three times. Is it like rock, paper, scissors?]

[ She grins. ] Wait, you know rock, paper, scissors? [ She holds up a fist and shakes it three times, then extends two fingers in a V ] Okay, okay. So maybe we can try charades. You ever done that one? You know, like. [ She pantomimes it: one word, two syllables. First syllable sounds like 'Tree', second syllable sounds like 'ah!' 'Lisa.' ]
