Sometimes we drop pups and their voices still nag at us. Sometimes we're interested in characters who can't actually be apped or whom we feel are too obscure to actually bring. Consider this a Test Drive for all the pups who are gone, who haven't arrived yet, or won't ever show up (or anyone, really), where you can "trot out every old/obscure/untested RP account in your arsenal."
