Happy holidays, happy New Year, and happy Angel's birthday, everyone! In the spirit of the season, it's time to share the love.

Tag in listing your characters, then go around and respond to the others with love (whether for who they play, themselves, both, etc). Tell them why you love having them in game, what you enjoy about the character, praise a specific plot or thread, whatever love you have to spread. (If you'd rather just do a block comment of kudos, that's okay, too!) Share your favorite moments, tags, threads, plots, etc.

This is open until next year. We're all busy and the holidays are hectic, so if all you can do is put your name in, that's fine! Check back in through the week to spread the love and leave each other notes. There's no such thing as too late to tell someone how appreciated they are.

You know what I still think about a lot? Lily and Lennox. We go SO FAR BACK, man. Obviously, my characters have a tonne of connections with yours, so I'm going to focus on those characters but, like, I love your whole roster. For example, I don't play with Marcus anymore, much, but I LOVED playing Kaz off him; their relationship was SO perfect, and it became really integral to who Kax was in Darrow, versus who he'd always been in Ketterdam.

ANYWAY. You know how I feel about Hopper. I LOVE Hopper. I have always loved how you play Hopper. I love that he's the closest thing to a dad that Alex has ever had, and how they've both settled into that relationship. They're still relatively new, but I LOVE Joyce and Hopper. I love the way that they're figuring out this relationship that's been a long time coming, and how just...utterly into each other they are, and it's just...It's an utter joy to play them together and if your Hopper wasn't so, so good, there's absolutely no way I would have ever thought to play Joyce.

On the subject of pseudo-parental relationships, I really love Bill and Jamie's relationship, and the way that they're growing into being friends - it makes me really happy.

MAEVE. Gideon and Maeve makes me SO HAPPY. Gideon just adores her, and she's different with Maeve than she is with a lot of people, because she's never quite figured out how to get her defenses up with her. Gideon honest to Jod adores her, everything about her, and I love those threads that we've played out where they've really needed each other for support, because Gideon's never really had that, and I love that she has Maeve to give it to her now. Maeve is such a great character in canon, and you do a great job of keeping her sharp edges and her vulnerability and all of the things that make her so lovely.

I have made no secret about the fact that I'm in love with Eddie Munson. I was so excited whenyou apped him, because I knew you were going to do an amazing job, and you DO. He's so lovely, and so well observed, and I LOVE his growing friendship with Alex, because he is definitely someone that teenage Alex would have been REALLY into, but he's nice, which is lovely. I just...yeah. I love playing them off each other, and I sincerely hope that it's as much fun for you.

On a personal note, I just wanted to thank you for how kind you always are to me, and how supportive you've been since Bea died. Tagging with you is one of the things that's made life bearable, because it's given me something to enjoy, something to focus on, and I don't know if I can ever convey to you how much that's really meant ♥
