MEME: Reverse Questions

Everyone: Ask the MUNS anything about the GAME or THEIR PUPS, because we all know the muns will answer when the characters won't. Has Aggie progressed about how you'd hoped when you first apped her, or has she thrown you a few curve balls here and there? What do you see yourself doing for/with her as you continue forward?

Are there any behind the scenes feels Caleb would get from Robin, now that they've both been in Darrow about a year? How is she feeling about her homosexuality? Do you think she and Caleb have reached a comfortable enough point that she'd talk about it with him? (Do you think they already have talked about it? Have they actually and I just don't remember?)

Honestly, I don't make plans for Aggie. At this point, I know she's just going to be here, living her life and having a good/average/bad time. She's grown very dear to me and most of what I want is to keep her feeling like a realistic progression of the scared little girl who had only ten minutes of canon. I assume a lot and obviously as I've played her, she's changed significantly, but as long as she still feels anchored to that earliest version, then I'm happy to go with the flow.

I think a lot of Robin's loudest emotions, to Caleb, are her self-conscious ones. She does her best to play it cool and sarcastic but he can probably read every moment that she second-guesses a joke she made or when she assumes something is her fault. Her inner monologue, I think, is probably all kinds of, "Well that went badly. Oh great, now they think I'm weird. Am I normal? Is this normal?"

By now, Robin is...not in the closet but not exactly out and proud by any means. She's probably mentioned having a girlfriend to Caleb, likely in tones of complete wonder because Robin thinks Rue is still totally out of her league. Hence a lot of the self-deprecating feelings because she's completely inexperienced with that kind of love and trust.

I love that for Aggie tbh, and that's generally how I've been playing Saoirse as she's gotten older (she's ten now ;~~; ). Trying to keep with the core of her from canon while allowing her to grow into her own person.

ROBINNNNNN Caleb wants to just hug her always ugh. I like to imagine, now, that any time Robin gets like that with him, second-guess-y or self-deprecating, Caleb's immediately on the defensive for her, like 'nono it's okay' especially as they get closer? He'll be more prone to slipping up because he'll be thinking so much about telling her his secret, and he'll try (and possibly fail bc she's Keen) to cover it up as just being really perceptive XD

Yessss. I interpret a lot of Robin's outward personality as self-defense. She judges people before they can judge her and acts a lot more confident and dismissive than she actually feels–although she definitely has a sarcastic streak, especially when Steve is involved.

Also now I'm picturing Caleb yelling at Robin the way my roommate and I yell at each other when we catch the other being self-deprecating, like, "HEY DIPSHIT! STOP BEING MEAN TO MY FRIEND!"

That is absolutely a behavior that Caleb would develop lmfao I love that. I talk like that to my sister when she calls herself stupid or something, so it'd be easy enough to flick that over to Caleb while he and Robin are talking.
