I don't know a ton about Miyoung's canon but I know you've said she feeds on evil men. With Darrow being big but not huge, do you have any plans for that to turn into a Problem at any point, or do you want it to remain as kind of a background thing?

Yessss. So, obvs, right now I've been out of the loop for a long time, and I'm just working on finding my footing again and establishing a circle for her. However, in the future, maybe more toward summer, I really want to have one or more of the gangs in Darrow either start to piece together that they've seen this teenager around maybe too much or maybe just catch her hanging around too close without that part. I haven't fully decided yet what the prompt would be or the result, but I definitely want to get her in trouble. She tries to be super smart about it and rotate who she's picking off, but she naturally gravitates to the criminal underworld for her victims; in canon, she had a helper who was a medium who would contact spirits and direct Miyoung to their murderers, so she had a much clearer idea of who to kill and didn't have to do so much research, so she definitely puts herself in more danger now, and she's so set on being self-sufficient, I'd love to get her in some trouble she needs help to get out of.

No, but for real, though. How much like a dopey younger brother does she view Caleb? Also, canonically, Caleb doesn't tend to 'notice' people, even attractive ones, that aren't his significant other, but it seems fair to say that he is still drawn to her because of her gumiho (fff, did I spell that right?) side?

Miyoung's an only child, and I don't think she's ever so much considered Caleb as a brother, because she doesn't really even have it in her head that that's a frame of reference she can have. If she did, though, she would definitely see him as a sweet younger brother, not dopey. :3 He's one of the only people in Darrow she trusts, and that sort of confounds her, but she appreciates it without knowing how to say so.

I would say a little bit! It's not really, like, a glamor or magic or anything, so there's no element of compulsion, but gumiho are pretty much genetically inclined to be preternaturally hot, so I think it'd be reasonable for him to Notice That. >_> It's how she lures in prey. :D

Okay, I thought I remembered reading something about that in either her intro or on her wiki, so I wanted to make sure I got it right. It makes sense that he'd be able to be like 'damn, she pretty' even though it technically isn't how he operates once he's in a relationship.

How long is Nova gonna last before Miyoung throttles him out of pure annoyance?

Is there anyone in Darrow that Miyoung is close to trusting?
In your imagining, are there any other Korean folklore NPCs in Darrow that she'd know?
How would she feel if another half-gumiho showed up?

He's living on borrowed time.

She's inclined to trust Yona, since Yona was the first to greet her to Darrow, and has the benefit of being a slightly older female, which puts her in a more trustworthy category to Miyoung! She's also found herself kind of trusting Caleb, which is weird for her, but she's also glad of it.

Ooh, good question. I definitely assume there are at least a couple mythological type NPCs from her culture, but since she tends very much to keep to herself, I don't think she actually knows any of them. I want her to have a run-in with one at some point now, though. 8D

Once she figured out she wasn't the only one, she'd be intrigued but try to hide it. She's never really even known another gumiho, never mind someone mixed like herself, so it's very much something she'd be drawn to.

lol now I want them to have that kind of conversation at some point, because if Miyoung says he's living on borrowed time, the angst that he'll get out of it.

I have no idea how definite of a possibility it is for me to bring Lee Rang or Junu but I still want to watch Tale of the Nine-Tailed with you because Lee Rang starts out as such a despicable character before they peel back the layers to the woobie beneath.

Would Miyoung like some assistance with finding evil men? Eponine, man, it's like, on the one hand, this was a severe trauma reaction and the fallout was horrible, but also men ARE evil and you probably SHOULD eat them

But really, yes, Eponine should be friends with her even if they never discuss Miyoung's great skincare routine.

Do you have any concrete plots in mind (whether teenagery or mystical) for her?
