Your pup has just ingested a large quantity of veritaserum, or "truth potion." Any questions asked of them they have to answer truthfully, whether they want to or not! There's absolutely no way around it.

Good. I want that for you.

I do, yes. There are some things that are harder, too, things I can see now, from therapy and such, that I think about myself or about the way I act with other people, that I don't like? And before, I just did it because that's what I knew, that was safe. It's a bit scarier and -- infuriating, too, sometimes -- to know how you're broken and not be fixed yet or ever, than to walk around thinking you're holding it all together and not see how many more pieces there are than what you thought. Do you know what I mean?

But I have people who want me around for no purpose, even if I don't understand. And people who do understand being -- all in pieces, sometimes. [A little smile for Laura, there.]
