Post secrets anonymously here (you can use citysecrets if you like), either as postcards or as plain text, with or without the recipient's name in the subject, and others can guess who they're from. In a few days, we'll put up a reveal post.

If you're looking for stock images, stock.xchng is a great source, as is Unsplash. Imgur is a good host for those anonymous images, as is our game gallery, and if you're looking for a quick photo editor, check out Pixlr, roflbot, AddText, PicFont, or BeFunky.
