Gannicus and Jake should definitely meet. He's lost a bunch of people close to him in the past year, he's got a pretty fluid sexuality, and he's a solid drinking partner.

Honestly, Jake has probably had him/seen him in the drunk tank at least once.

Goodnight Robicheaux might also be good. He's older than Jake, but gay and dating/living with/practically married to a fellow cop. He's got wise words and shit.

Definitely to both of these! So many of his friends have left so he kind of needs new ones, people to keep him from going off the deep end or just distract him with things so he doesn't think about all these losses, lawd.
