Sometimes it can be difficult to know which characters might get along (or conversely, which ones might NOT get along, in an interesting and fun way). Where are they originally from?: Yekaterinburg, Russia, though more recently Leningrad circa 1927
How long have they been in Darrow?: Four months and change
What kind of places do they frequent (work, home, etc.)?: The area in and around his building. I need to figure out a job for him and actually... have that happen.
Do they have any special or unusual skills or hobbies? Not so much special or unusual? Just military training and a deep-rooted commitment to communism. Also, is stupid in love with a certain grand duchess. It's very confusing.
Is there anything you want to accomplish with them, that you haven't had the chance to? Or, is there any other information about them you think might be relevant? Mostly just getting to know more people? He's not really close to a lot of people because that's just who he is, but I'd really love for him to actually start opening up a bit more, even if it's only to a couple of others.
List any characters you might want to thread with (specific or general): Everyone! Give him friends! Uh, other revolutionary types, other communists, since I know Darrow has a few of them now, anyone he can speak Russian with because he's kinda homesick, anyone who might be from a time period close to his/who lived through when he's from.

I keep meaning for Nina to meet the Anastasia contingent! She speaks Russian, is from a country that is very similar to that time period in Russia in terms of culture (recent civil war, sounds pretty similar to Imperial Russia), and she's pretty dedicated to a political cause!

She's pretty good at getting people to open up over tea and food.

I AM FOR THIS. Gleb's met Inej, so he's aware of the existence of sort of-almost-not quite-Russia, and especially if Nina is good at getting people to open up, I could see the two of them being really interesting. :D
