Why do you say I'm not? And why should I stay away?

You don't look anything like him. You're older. And if you were really Peter, you wouldn't even need to ask that question, but since you have, I'll tell you what you want to hear.

You- he killed them all! And he didn't even care. He killed Crow, he killed Sally. He tried to kill Charlie. So if you are truly Peter Pan, then those deaths are on you and if you push me, I will make sure you pay for every last boy whose life you stole.

The Hook I remember is much older than you. And you killed Slightly! I never hurt any of those people.

Peter never wanted to go away.

I'm not called Hook, I'm called Jamie and I never killed any of Peter's boys. I protected them when he put their lives in danger, when he tossed them at the pirates and thought it was all a laugh. He forgot them as soon as they died and I was left to bury them.

Pirates and Lost Boys fight each other, that's what we do, but-- but no one was ever supposed to die.

I suppose we know very different each others.

Peter lied to us, he goaded us into a war with the Many-Eyed, he burned down the pirate camp so that the war between us went from being fun to being about revenge, he killed every last boy he brought from London except for me, Nod and Charlie, then he challenged me to a Battle so he could kill me without breaking his own stupid rules. And I began to grow up.

Then I was here.

He sounds terrible. I'd never lie to my boys. I liked fighting with Hook, I just-- We managed. It was never like that.

[He sighs, pushes his hands through his hair as the horror of a Pan that kills all his boys shivers through him.]

Well, I'm not that Pan. I never will be. Even if-- even though I started growing up, too.
