And, presuming this is who I think it is, how are you doing? A wolf's teeth are nothing to sneeze at.

She is, I think. She's... resilient. Adaptable. Incredible.

As for me, I'm a little worse for wear, but I'll recover. Apparently when a doctor tells you to rest, you're supposed to rest, not go running around and accidentally pull your stitches open.

Unless you're a lycanthrope, that is the prevailing advice. She was quite worried about you, you know. It'd be a shame to do yourself an injury with such a lovely young woman fretting. Unless you're just enjoying the fretting.

I think you mentioned this friend to me, once, so you've given yourself away. But I take that as a very great compliment, to remind someone of a person they miss.

Your ...hmm. Pizzazz sounds like too flippant a word for it, but forthrightness and bravery, I suppose, reminds me of a young woman I was friendly with back home, a bit, too. She'd have liked the freedoms of this time I suspect.

I hope we can get to know each other a bit better.
