MEME: Reverse Questions

Hey, before I forget and pass out, here's your Monday meme!
Tag in with all the characters you play. Then ask each other questions. Questions may be from the player or the characters themselves, but answers must come from the player, since of course, you can't really trust a character always to answer truthfully. Anything goes, whether they're questions about specific tags, plots, feelings, characters, or just general gameplay questions.

How is precious Bolin settling in to Darrow? Relatedly: how would he feel about his hot older lady neighbor bringing him awesomely prepared food every once in a while?

Same questions for Mr. Spiegel XD

Bo isn't settling in very well, but it could be worse. He tries to keep himself busy and social, because when life slows down it gives him too much time to think about everything that's missing. On the one hand, being without Mako forces him to put on his big boy shoes, but this isn't something that Bo necessarily wants as a character, or even something that he completely realizes needs to happen. He's also conflicted about what to do about being a bender, because it's such a part of the definition of his self-identity, but he doesn't want to get arrested or worse and he's been warned it could happen and part of him understands it's not just cynicism; Amon proves people might actually react violently.

But if a sweet hot older lady neighbor would bring him already made hot food, he absolutely would appreciate that. Korra might not >_>. But Bo definitely would.

Spike is settling in a little better, only because Spike doesn't dwell much on things he doesn't think are important, and the only thing important to him is that showing up in Darrow means he isn't sure of the results of his sort of murder-suicide of Vicious. The whole point of suicide is that you don't really expect to wake up again on the other end of it. Especially not some place that doesn't seem real. So Spike is pretty meh about everything about Darrow, because Spike has yet to convince himself Darrow matters or really exists.

But he always approves of things that allow him to a) be fed good food, and b) be even lazier. So Helen can visit all day every day if she wants.

Spock respects Hannah quite a lot, because she has her ways and sticks to them, but is clearly open to new things if they don't conflict. That sort of wary exploration is a personality trait that he can relate to, and he can't relate to much in Darrow, so he appreciates it in her. He thinks Hannah is the sort of person who could become very prosperously self-realized if she tries. Mostly, he sees a little of himself in her, but also a little of a more personable person who he would like to be, even if he isn't.

He's conflicted on Darrow. A lot about Darrow as a society seems really backwards to him and probably just about any Starfleet officer, only because the society they came from is a lot more progressive. A lot of the state of things in Darrow seems practically barbaric to a Vulcan, especially medicine and nutrition. But the flip of that is that Spock is all about respect, and he respects Darrow's culture as something he's just visiting. For him, being in Darrow requires respect for the inhabitants while still desiring a way to return everyone to where they belong. He's probably in the minority, but he thinks an us-and-them mentality is actually a benefit, if it means that people who don't belong in Darrow remember they don't belong and don't involve themselves too deeply in the governing of society.

Robin hopes he can get away with a love-in in the park soon. I am very serious about this.

In the long term, I want Ichigo to be able to accept that he's just a person and he's not in control of his own destiny any more than anyone else is. If something doesn't go his way, he takes it personally, like a failure, no matter how small it is. He needs to learn that power won't always be enough to shape a situation, and that sometimes facing a situation graciously with acceptance is better than facing it like an obstacle.

Bo says of course you can be BFFs GURL LET HIM TELL YOU he knows the friendzone so well by now they've got him selling real estate there

Spock and Robin, both on ecstasy. What happens? No, really, what happens?

WELL, what literally happens is not a whole lot, because both of them have really quick, really resistant metabolisms that would take care of the effects of most drugs too quickly to show much effect.

But I guess given that you could get enough of it in either of them, Robin would spend his night blissed out in a corner licking people and Spock would probably just keep trying to touch people's faces.
