MEME: Reverse Questions - Pups Ask the Muns

Muns: Post here listing all of the characters you play (you might want to list journals, too, just for reference) or are thinking of playing.

Everyone: Ask the MUNS anything about the GAME or THEIR PUPS, because we all know the muns will answer when the characters won't. They can be specific questions ("How does he feel about her?") or general questions ("Why did you choose this pup?", "How do you channel them?", etc.)

TWIST: The questions are coming from inside the house the pups this time. Tag around with your characters' questions (or rants or whatever else) for each other. Have fun!

She likes you just fine, Mr. Sharpe. You're kind and generous -- maybe a little too generous, by her reckoning, though she wouldn't call that a fault -- and she appreciates all the clever creations you've got in your shop. If anyone tried to mess with you, she'd do something dramatic in your defense. Like turn into a bear.

That being said, she knows she's missing something. Your marriage with Edith must have ended for some reason, and you did say you had a lot to make up for. I wouldn't say she's suspicious, but she's aware that she doesn't have the whole story. She's trying not to feel too curious about it.

Well, he's being perfectly ridiculous. He ought to know by now precisely how stubborn and determined I am, which takes care of the first point, and in regards to the second, I would hate for him to think me so shallow.

I'm hardly in perfect working order either, I just have more holes than scars.

No, he just assumes you're not interested. Which doesn't stop him, because not much stops Philip from doing what he wants. He assumes you notice and just have no interest in return.

Kate would definitely say you two are friends. She likes people and she maybe thinks you need to learn to relax a little, but she likes you! And she can totally teach people how to chill out.

It's not that he thinks you're shallow. Consider the culture you and he have come from. What we might now view as hyper-masculinity is completely normal in the 1940s. In the last two years, his life has been turned upside down multiple times and he's had to determine who he is in a culture that obviously and literally sees him as less of a man now.

He's had something of an opposite journey from Captain Rogers, though I'm not comparing the two in any way other than that. Captain Rogers started out being seen as less of a man because of his size and stature and became an athletic, masculine man. Daniel started out as an athletic, masculine man and is now seen as less than a whole man. Both of those paths require some mental and emotional adjustment.

It could be in the future, yeah. It will probably depend on how he deals with the fact that she REALLY wants kids, but (spoiler alert!) it isn't going to happen for a long time, and maybe never. (I may have developed superstitions about RP babies.) But right now she isn't thinking too much about it. She's only 22!

No regrets at all about that! She's crazy about him.
