So how'd your apocalypse go? That's usually a good guess of what happened in places like this.

There were aliens. That wasn't the hard part.

I hope there weren't bees.

What happened?

There weren't. Not that I saw, anyway.

What happened with the aliens, or besides the aliens?

Both, I guess. Sounds like a hell of a story.

And maybe you sound like you could do with a drink.

Yeah, it probably would be. I don't know if I'm the person to tell it, though.

But a drink sounds amazing.

Is there someone more qualified around to tell the story of your life?

If there is, I haven't seen them. I just missed most of what was happening, so I couldn't tell you very much about it.

Alright. Well, for starters, I was run off the road. When I woke up, I was in a bunker, with someone telling me there'd been an attack and everyone else was dead.

He wasn't entirely wrong, but there was a lot more to it than that.
