We're already shipping these characters, whether as pairings that have already occurred or ones that have yet to be realized.

Which characters could you see pairing off? Who do you expect to hook up? Who do you think should hook up but never would? Which ships would you like to see explored over the course of their time in Darrow? Similarly, who should thread with who?
