I have loved Lindsey as a character from the very first time he appeared on my tv screen in the Angel pilot. (also, more shallowly, Chris Kane just does things for me, a'ight?)

He knows who he is and is completely unapologetic about it. He's very clear in what he wants and what he's willing and not willing to do to get it. Lindsey lives in shades of grey, in loopholes, and contingency plans. Plus competence is hot... as is moral ambiguity in fictional characters. Lindsey gives me all of that.

And I have deep and abiding opinions on the ways the show's writers failed when it came to Lindsey. RP, like fic, is a chance to deal with all of that.
