He'll be glad to know that she's alive, in some form, but it's really going to piss him off that she doesn't remember things the way he does. She's not his Andrea, which will just be a reminder of how many people will just be gone. He's gotten used to dead people, or at least that's what he'll tell you, but he won't really know how to process this kind of separation.
I think he's pretty much already figured out that she's on that path, especially with what Mike told him, so he won't be surprised. BUT I'm not sure he's really processed that she's wanting to raise a child with HIM, he's still thinking of it as something she's doing on her own, while he tags along. He's a squishy, weepy romantic underneath it all, but he'll at least make a go of trying to talk her out of it, because he doesn't really think he's good enough for the job.
