Jyn immediately takes the lead, and she pretends that she's not taking care of and worrying about the others, but under that very prickly, sharp-edged exterior is someone who is a Mom Friend at heart, and clearly no one else here has any idea what the fuck they're doing. So. She sets up shelter, traps for animals, a signal fire on the beach, all the survival shit she learned when she was a child soldier. Elora becomes her de facto right hand girl, since she has defense skills of another nature and also can take over cooking duty.

Hilde obsessively documents everything, mostly to disguise the fact that she is freaking out; she also cannot contain the instinct to explore, which drives Jyn and Elora as the group overseers a little crazy but also neither of them can blame her. Bev winds up sort of taking care of Hilde, whom she's been tangentially aware of via the Neil —> Gwenny —> Hilde pipeline, and winds up being pretty fond of that kid, who is spunky and old for her years in a very different way than she was at thirteen but whom she can still pick up on a bond with. Plus of my roster she's definitely one of the more inclined to go exploring, too, or at least less likely to shy away from it.

Meanwhile, on team very much not exploring, Jules and Chrissy (who are already pretty good friends off-screen in my head) very quickly buddy up, and probably before long bring Mouse into the anxious girlies fold, too. They all try to make the best of it, but they're also all pretty useless in survival-type situations like these. And S does what he can — he's not a cook on Elora's level, but he can follow instructions well enough and make himself useful that way.

If Glinda is there, she lounges on the beach in her lingerie (since she is sans bathing suit) and lets everyone else take care of everything. She did not pack for this but if she's going to be stuck there, she'll at least enjoy the sun. Also she's wearing heels, obviously no one could expect her to do any physical labor in that condition.

Once they're set up to be able to survive there for a while, Jyn also starts working on an escape plan, because she just assumes (and rightly so) that no one else is going to be able to pull that off.
