Sometimes we drop pups and their voices still nag at us. Sometimes we're interested in characters who can't actually be apped or whom we feel are too obscure to actually bring. Consider this a Test Drive for all the pups who are gone or won't ever show up (or anyone, really), where you can "trot out every old/obscure/untested RP account in your arsenal." Other pups (present, past, or maybe even future) can tag them, ask them questions, yell at them for leaving, try to drag bunnies to bars, whatever you like!
