She definitely misses her farm and family. I think she'd be tempted to miss the simplicity if it didn't come prepackaged with things like 'prejudice' and 'ostensibly well-intentioned attempted murder.'
I highly doubt it. It's not that she hates the job, though; she likes baking well enough, though I wouldn't say she's passionate about it. But actually owning and running a business was a necessary means of survival in the Village, and she loves that she can get by in Darrow with a lot less effort. Being able to live comfortably without shouldering the weight of keeping a business afloat is basically The Dream for her. Plus, the time and energy she can currently devote to Saoirse isn't something she'd readily reassign to a business.
