Not as much as someone might think. He mostly does it with stuff that's in the archives so it's less likely to be noticed.

They are there "in case of emergency". He trained a few people on how to use them but they keep disappearing so he hasn't done that in a while. I have him collect random spell books and things like that though but no other "artifacts" from dropped characters since those tend to go home with the people.
