Oof! You know, that really depends on the circumstances, I think. Where she's living, how Marius reacts, etc. I think her first instinct will be to be a little jealous or standoffish, but to be honest, the same way that Darrow has allowed Eponine some luxury, it's going to be a bit of a jolt and a bit of a downgrade for Cosette. They'll be closer to being on the same playing field, and I think eventually it'll encourage her to stop thinking of her as some sort of opposite and highlight how many of the same things they've gone through.

So I think there's a lot of potential for them to become close, but it may be rough going for a little while.
