Oof! You know, that really depends on the circumstances, I think. Where she's living, how Marius reacts, etc. I think her first instinct will be to be a little jealous or standoffish, but to be honest, the same way that Darrow has allowed Eponine some luxury, it's going to be a bit of a jolt and a bit of a downgrade for Cosette. They'll be closer to being on the same playing field, and I think eventually it'll encourage her to stop thinking of her as some sort of opposite and highlight how many of the same things they've gone through.

So I think there's a lot of potential for them to become close, but it may be rough going for a little while.

Hmm. I think probably Eponine struggles the most right now with the expectations of 16 year olds in a modern society -- both that they're expected to be at a certain level of education, and aren't expected to have been through a lot of the things that she has. She's also trying to dissociate her persona, what people expect from her, from the old life she had while at the same time being very attached to surviving in a very particular way. So, yeah, definitely that sort of thing. Figuring out what life in Darrow actually MEANS.

I mean, he loves her and he always will. He hates that he's hurt her in any way. She's been his family for so long and means so much to him. Running into her is going to be interesting, because she means the world to him, but things are definitely sort of awkward.

This Chloe doesn't know Nadine at all, unfortunately. I took her from the second game, so she's never actually met Nadine. It would still be really interesting, though, for her to meet her and go from there!

Rapunzel has a lot of spots that she loves but one that comes to mind is a big comfy chair by the window in Luke's bookstore. She could spend hours there. She's pretty content right now, which is why I'm somewhat considering canon updating her. (I'm just really excited that she has new canon!) Right now she's just happy to have a business at all. She's new to it all and right now I don't think it occurs to her to try to make it bigger. She likes where it is right now. I just wish I could bribe someone to bring me a Flynn/Eugene~

Gosh, sweet Kara. I really just want her to find her place. I'm kind of struggling with her, and I need to figure out how to handle it.

Oh, man. Unmoored? He's definitely having to examine parts of his life he's put aside or considered the past or thought he was over. I haven't had the chance to really dig into it because I've been so behind 'o_o but it's an odd set of circumstances. He's used Enjolras as a metric for so many things; a lot of his growth has been unconsciously being weighed against the sort of person he was that Enjolras disdained. That said, his relationships are a lot healthier now than being head over heels with sort of an IDEAL of someone. He's devoted to Edgar and Neil. But how his relationships are affected also depends on how Edgar takes it (or Neil, I suppose, though he seems less jealous of Enjolras). I can imagine some insecurity.

Lyall: definitely! Although, he and Biffy have both been mortal before, so it's not as big a shake up as it could have been. They enjoyed it a bit more than some other characters. I think his canon update made him more protective in general, honestly, and also Robin turning into a wolf pup while he wasn't able to keep up at wolf speed probably was a bit ruffling. He's kind of a papa bear though, even though he wouldn't admit it.

He is ABSOLUTELY available for tea and hanging with Buffy.

Eponine: ooooh. This one's hard because I haven't exactly mapped it? But I think in a long arc sort of way, I want her to have to confront the way she interacts with people, learn to trust and have real friendships and relationships that aren't as transactional, deal with her selfimage and with trauma. That's not all going to happen overnight of course. Or even probably in a few years, but I'd like her to get a chance to have a real life and not just be crazy because she's not meant to live.

That might get worse before it gets better. I think she's starting to get used to the idea of being safe-ish, and that's almost distressing for her. ...that said there are always disasters aplenty in Darrow.

I definitely want him to be challenged about the Thunderhead, the sentient AI that basically controls everything in his world. That's been his reality for so long that the idea of not living like that needs to be addressed. I also want for him to have a serious consideration for his vigilantism, what happens in the books in a certain environment versus trying to take that on in Darrow, whether he should or not.

I WANT EVERYTHING FOR LOIS, I just haven't thought of it all yet. She already accidentally busted up a drug ring, but I think I want her to touch on the demon thing at some point and do more with the random villains that pop up in the city sometimes. Maybe a government conspiracy if I can finagle that.

Racism/bigotry is a big one. He abhors that kind of shit thanks to his own experiences. Anyone hurting anyone he loves; that'll get you on his shit list from now until forever. And Coop being immune to his magic.

I doubt it? Maybe not until she's a full full adult in five years or something, but even then she'd probably come to him for advice or even approval. She's too disaster-prone to ever not need his friendship.

ROFL, I was thinking more busboy or waiter or something similar and shitty to begin with. NOT an office because he wants, in theory, to check out the bad people and see what they're doing. I play around with the idea of him being a vigilante at some point, but we'll see how his relationships and challenges to his ideology pan out. He'll be ecstatic about not gleaning at first, and then have a hard time with it when he sees how truly awful people can be and how there's very little oversight due to the lack of Thunderhead/nanites.

Honestly, part of what's so great about playing Sweeney is that long term plans don't seem necessary. That said, I do like the idea of someone somehow really getting under his skin and making him care. There's a romantic under there, we see that pretty clearly on the show and there was a bit of that happening with Hild. He's the sort to fall in love HARD and I'd really like to see that. It doesn't have to be reciprocal, I just like the idea of him having those feelings.

My plans for Beth change depending on how I feel. XD At first I sort of wanted her to fail, but realistically she's really talented, so I don't see that happening. That said, I also know first hand that even successful musicians usually don't get famous and make tons of money, so I want her to end up in that middle ground, where she's successful, but certainly not rich.

Eowyn is at the stables more often than she isn’t. She would probably live there if they let her. If she isn’t there and she doesn’t need to be somewhere else, she’s at the beach, even in the winter. She loves the beach since Rohan was landlocked.

Sam generally shifts to a dog, usually a collie that Sookie named Dean. She said she couldn’t call him Sam when he was that shape. :) As for aspirations, he would like to live a good life and find a good woman.

It's actually funny, because I used to actively avoid open canons, but you're right, I have so many now. XD Different things are hard with each of them, I think. With Marcus, I feel like I have a pretty good handle on him through both the show and stuff Ben Daniels says about him, so it's a matter of really wanting to canon update him to use new stuff, but also knowing some of it will be too devastating for him to deal with. So I'm waiting to see if we get MORE canon before making decisions there. With Sweeney it's not too bad because I know the book so well and expect they'll follow a similar story with him there, even if it has a bit more depth. With Hopper I'm a little more concerned just because I have an idea of how he'll be with kids, but maybe season 3 shows me something completely different. I should probably worry more about being jossed than I do. >.>

MARCUS FOR SURE. His age switch is going to be hard for him, he was a very angry teenager with a whole lot of pain, but also hearing God again is both going to be wonderful and hard for him. Because he's going to see it as a sign that he needs to get back to work, which means he needs to keep people safe by not letting them get too close. Also if I canon update him, it's going to be pretty awful. :D

AIN'T NOTHING HONEST ABOUT THAT WOMAN. XD But if Nate asks her not to sleep with Coop anymore, she will miss that part of their friendship very much. He's one of her favourites.

It's so easy to be mean to characters like Beth and Lincoln who just don't deserve it, I'M AWFUL. But also Sweeney, because he's a dick. Maybe Marcus, because there's just so much to work with there.

I don’t think poor Aimeric gets enjoyment from anything these days, unfortunately. He’s too stuck in his own head and in the self-destructive cycle of ‘I should not be alive right now’ to be capable of it. He does really see the appeal of so much convenience in modern life. Showers are pretty neat too. He is still totally baffled by automobiles and other modern modes of transportation (such as the bus and the subway) and has yet to actually be inside any of them.

It took Octavia a minute to get used to so much actual intact infrastructure XD. She likes it! She likes being able to go to the store to buy just about anything she can think of. She likes no longer being on the starvation diet she’d lived on to some degree her whole life. She likes that there’s open space to roam around in, and her very own apartment that she goes home to. I think she’s struggling the most with missing the people who aren’t there, and not knowing what’s going on back home or whether everyone’s okay.

It would have been absolutely the last resort, but yes, she could have. She doesn’t shy away from killing when it’s necessary.

I mean LOGISTICALLY, she needs to get some kind of surgery or in vitro to get this thing started because fuck you Society and your breeding programs. So no accidental babies AS MUCH AS I WOULD LOVE THAT. But seriously, Lincoln would have to bring it up and I think at this stage she would be happy with it. And then once they have one they CAN HAVE ALL OF THEM.

I think Darrow definitely presents a challenge for Rowan and can make him realize that he's more than just a weapon. He's been so passed over in his life, not even birthdays recognized, and then the only time he really had value as a person was when he was a scythe, when he was killing people. So finding some self-worth is something that I'm looking forward to and will really be an eye opener for her.

The ability to leave New York. XD But really, he misses people most of all. But in terms of the city itself, he misses the mix of cultures and the openmindedness. The natives of Darrow are so boring to him because they're all just fixed in their little bubble, whereas in New York you had people with perspectives on things, who asked questions. So, mostly just people.

I think Alec will become more secure in certain areas but other areas will forever remain shaky. He's never going to be a guy with high self esteem or pride in himself no matter what he accomplishes but he's growing more and more comfortable with working without fellow Shadowhunters. He's comfortable without the Clave and following his own code but he's still of the mind that he's going to disappoint people. One step forward, one step back!

I can't see the changes being anything but good. Johnny's been her rock and anchor for so long that having him around would just balance her out more. She would feel like she's found some solid footing and she'd be thrilled that he was there to help her not be bored.

Oh man. Well, a canon update would be the biggest thing. Other than that, he's going to stick pretty close to what he believes. He's just very entrenched in what it means to be a Gold right now like an idiot. POSSIBLY getting something item related to Julian and/or even Lysander would do something but I'm not sure what.
