Is there any kind of large scale plot you've got rolling around in your plot genius head you haven't been able to carry out yet?

Assuming that means he was never in Darrow, and that Clarke and Raven were still around, I think she'd miss him a hell of a lot, but she'd be okay. I think it would be a little more difficult considering they had started to reconcile at the point I brought her from.

Definitely! They're still hiring and he would prefer to have people he actually knows than those weird Darrow natives~

His unwavering optimism. Shitty was great at keeping Jack out of his own head without making him feel like he was broken for getting lost in the first place. I think Shitty might have been the first true, genuine friend that Jack ever made.

Mainly at first, I just want Elio to explore his own sexuality and find out who he is, what he likes, and what that means. He's a confused little bean right now, and I want him to find himself.

As for Auguste, sort of the same in a different vein. He'll have to discover who he is without a crown or any responsibilities as a rule. I think he's going to be a lot of fun.

I'm not sure what I want her to do for work yet, but I think I'll definitely keep that in mind as a possibility!

I KNOW - BUT YOU STARTED IT.

Phedre - that's a real good question. I'd want to reread a bunch of her canon because it's been so long and her voice was very specific. If I had to pick one now, it would be before Imri's rescue, while they're both prisoners and when he had just started to trust her.

Josie - well, that's a tough one. I'm tempted to say from the end of the main campaign, like she legit walks out of the party and into Darrow. OR, from right after Blackwall's deception is revealed because I'd play her as having been sweet on him and hey, we all like a little betrayal with our trauma, right? I think that's the more likely option, TBH.

As for why her and not Cass? I struggled a LOT with Cass while I was playing her, it's why she didn't last so long. I still love my grumpy Nevarran to bits, but she's, well, grumpy and making friends was hard for her/me and I didn't feel like there were a lot of options in Darrow for her. She's not an out-of-the-box thinker, so it really put constraints on me. Josie's much more agreeable and I'd have a lot more options with what to do with her in terms of jobs, potential flirting (love my bi girls!), etc... After playing so many fighters over the years, it would be nice to play a former spy-turned-diplomat dedicated to peace and non-violence.

I'm a "winging it" kind of plotter, so I pretty much just try to put things into motion when I decide I want them. I'm also a small scale plotter and don't tend to do big group things, though, which helps a lot in making things happen quickly.

I think ultimately she'll love it. She'll miss her Papa and be desperate for reminders of home, but at the same time, Hugo describes her as "wild and brave," "the adventuress who runs barefoot," and she's been through a lot in her short life, so I think she'll be able to handle it. She's quick to adapt when needed, and she's someone who is an adventuress without an adventure pre-Darrow. She needs room to run free and explore, and Darrow will be her chance to find that uninhibited by her overprotective father, while still having the safety net of Marius and the city's financial aid and somewhere to stay, and a chance to continue her education, which ended when she left the convent at 13. In the end, I think it'll be good for her. :D

Doubtful. He might get over Aimeric's attempt to sabotage him and get him wrongfully executed, but he'll never forgive how he used Jord.

How does Padme feel about how Darrow politics works, really?

Probably the same place I took him from in TR, the end of Scion. I like that point because he's been through some shit, he's grown some, but it's before Sidonie happens which I feel would make him more difficult to play.

Vicious circle, isn't it? Although if we're being honest it's going to be awhile before I consider adding a second character. I really need to see how this new job goes.
