For that matter, how is she going to react to a Wanda who not only doesn't relate to the word 'mutant' but also wasn't born with her powers? Asking, y'know, for selfish reasons.

She's MET Erik Lensherr during Darrow 2 plot but only briefly and they didn't have time to get philosophical.

Oh, sweet. Well, according to Marvel wiki Scarlet Witch was at some point a part of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants which Mystique led for a while, so there is that.

Had to be talked out of bringing five home with her. They have enough animals as it is, okay.

You know, quite possibly, at least a little? I think it would take a while for him to get there at all, just because it's been such a significant part of his life from the time he was quite young and something he was so devoted to, and I think he'll probably always remain devoted to it, but it's — what happens at the end of canon kind of embodies it, actually, if that makes sense. He still believes in the cause just as much, just not necessarily in the execution of those ideals (and he is extremely idealistic, and significantly younger than they seem to be casting the role, both of which mean it's likely that he could, down the line, have a slightly more balanced viewpoint). Like, he'll always identify as a communist, and he is not even a little bit about this capitalistic nonsense, but also possibly not everything was carried out quite the way it should have been. (Which I think is also a little implied in canon anyway — there's that bit where the girls who auditioned come to tell him about what they're doing at the palace, and he says that "next time" he sees them soliciting, he won't look the other way, suggesting that he's done so before? So it's possible that he's not quite as, uh, harsh as some of his colleagues. HE HAS A SENSE OF HUMOR, OKAY.)

She's not very open about her magic, so someone coming up to her and proclaiming they know she has magic is what's been most jarring to her. She didn't like that one at all.

Thor is...trying not to think about it too much, truthfully. He has so many complicated feelings about his brother, and at the end of the day, he also misses him, even if he won't admit it out loud. I think he would, but if not, he would throw a rock. That usually seems to work in finding out Loki. XD

Oh man! I mean, he would want to make sure she was safe, but he would also want to abide by her wishes. He would ask her what she would prefer and he would follow through in obeying her wishes. He wouldn't ever want to turn her into a human without her consent; he'd risk himself trying to protect her as a unicorn over that, really.

She would be really excited, frankly, because she's so used to all of the dark and dangerous monsters she usually deals with.

She would be...not impressed that Thomas was complicit in several murders. Actually, she would be pretty horrified by his whole backstory. But, given the company she keeps, and that her BFF skinned a dude alive, it wouldn't push her away entirely. Giles, too, has his dark side/history. But she would definitely need to have A Talk with Thomas about it.

How does Sabriel feel about all the different types of magic and magic users in Darrow? How does Mogget feel about them? And what's the most difficult aspect of Sabriel's magic, especially here in Darrow?

Do you see Neil pursuing the arts when he gets to college? Do you think he'll try to become an actor as a career?

What is Inej's favorite place to relax in Darrow?

He likes that he's more accepted. There are automatic doors and handicapped changing booths and he's not viewed as an object of pity, or at least not by most people.

He's got a modern forearm crutch, which he got very quickly, but he hasn't upgraded his leg. Tony Stark is working on that for him, and Daniel's willing to be patient so he doesn't end up with some kind of weird Stark prototype. We all know how Stark inventions can, uh, have quirks.

If Stark wasn't here, I think he'd work more on getting a modern leg from traditional sources. He'd like to not need a crutch someday.

She is having a good time and would probably go another after telling Jesse about the whole engagement thing because it's confusing as hell. But, though she is aware of the age difference, it's nice to have fun with someone.

As long as no one got hurt, Dutch would absolutely help him out!

If someone were twisting his arm, he'd break that person's face. But, to answer the question, probably Sweeney though he might have said Korra as well before her departure.

Alec's all about it! As long as he doesn't have to take on a role that's in the spotlight, he's good. He's a decent investigator and great if someone needs some body mass for intimidation.

I don't know! Elias is such a gentle yet messed up soul! He's my darling.

They should! Zhou will be a little more talkative this time lmao.

Sabriel is super interested and intrigued by all the magic in Darrow, even though she's still largely categorizing it along the lines of "Charter" and "Free" Magic in her head! I really need to get her out and meeting more magic users, but she does find it a bit strange to talk about magic with other people, because Darrow, itself, is much more like Ancelstierre (where she grew up and went to school), where they didn't have magic and/or where magic was largely a thing of deep occult practices near the border or fairy tales.

Mogget has no particular feelings about the magic users themselves, but is itching perpetually for someone, ANYONE, to take off his collar (which is a binding spell). I may, at some point, make that into a plot, but that involves having the time and brain power to write up a city-wide plot--because if Mogget goes full magic scary spectral magic beastie, there is going to be some city-wide Problems.

As far as difficulties, right now the biggest difficulty is balancing the limitations of Sabriel and Mogget's powers with the theoretical potential of them. Garth Nix doesn't go into a lot of full explanation of how the Charter or Free magic WORKS, and so figuring out the exact balance of what Sabriel can DO with her magic, especially, without potentially corrupting herself with Free magic is really hard. Sometimes I think about subjecting her to some minor corruption, because I think it would be interesting, but I also don't know how to bring her BACK from that sort of corruption. We shall see.

At this point, Neil is pursuing acting and the arts as a extra curricular and pastime only. While he loves acting, and knows that he's good at it, he's also had it pretty well ground in that that isn't something that he can "do"--and the one time that he did make the effort of it, everything went to shit.

While he's been establishing a lot of good, supportive role models in Darrow, he needs more to help secure the idea that it's okay to pursue things that he's deeply passionate about. At the moment, he's enjoying History and English most of all in school, and thinks he'd make a fine crack at teaching, and he'll probably head that route when he applies to college in Fall (while keeping acting a fun thing he does during the summer and for electives).

Inej's favorite places to relax in Darrow include:

- Villa Cordova, because the horses remind her a bit of the Vanner cobs her family had when she was growing up.
- The Crow Club, because she and Kaz have made it a lovely little bar and it does good business and she's quite proud of it.
- Nina's apartment, now coming in through the door instead of the window.
- Her and Kaz's apartment, especially in the window seat in the front room, and especially after Kaz has smoked a cigarette.
- Rooftops around the park, especially the religious buildings during or just after services, when the bells are being rung.

Prrrrrobably not. Because the idea behind it is similar to the Clave, he would feel (even if it's not!) and stuff like that makes him deeply uncomfortable. In the wake of everything with Valentine and the Clave and the Circle, he fled so far in the other direction that it's kind of irresponsible, but THAT'S WHERE HE'S AT. Honestly, at this point, with Jack disappearing, I'm just hoping to hang onto him and not lose his voice. If I can do that, I would really like to do an age switch for him, I think. He needs someone to take care of him for a change.

YES, BLUE ABSOLUTELY CAN. Beth will put Judith on her because it's hard to be sad when a cheerful toddler wants your attention.

Fuuuuuuuck. I honestly don't know that I could do that. I love both Beth and Chloe SO MUCH and they're so different and fulfill such different aspects of what I love to play. I might say Chloe just because she's newer, so I've done less with her, but it would be based solely on that and not who I love more/who's louder. As for my guys... man, idk, it might be down to Marcus or Mad Sweeney. Again because they're newer and so there's more to be done with them. But between the two of them, I don't think I could choose.

Oh man. Beth probably texts him a lot. Like, to the point where he wants to tell her to knock it off. XD She would invite him to see her play and try to get him to go out and maybe do things she might have done with Curtis. Not in a date-like way, just to have him there and to make sure he's okay, too.

That makes sense! Lyall would argue, but he'd also probably understand as well. His perspective has come a ways from his "well, this is just how it works" attitude back in England where it was a government run entity created by non-supernaturals but staffed by them. But because his experience is with that, his attitude tends to be that such policing will ultimately happen and if it's not done themselves by the supernatural community by people who understand what's evil intent and what's just an accident, it will happen to them by people who don't understand that. FUN I KNOW. (That said, if Luke turns into a tiny werewolf baby [would he be a werewolf if he was de-aged?] he would certainly make sure he had everything he needed. Ugh, I'm so sorry about Jack. :C :C :C That's a lot of loss and if you need ANY of mine to bounce Luke off of to keep him hanging on through this, they are at your service.)

Grantaire: He has very little from home that he'd actually want back, or for that matter, that he needs, unless "the rest of the Amis + Gavroche" is a thing he can have. People. He rather misses the Musain, and a place for them all to gather, but he'd be very triggered to drink by it if it were to appear suddenly, even if it were restored to its condition prior to the barricades. So, hmm. Yeah, nothing really. People.

Blue: Blue ALSO wants people back the most, but things that remind her of her family and of Fox Way would always be appreciated. I think she'd treasure her mother or Persephone's tarot cards, even though she can't read them properly.

Arthur: One I think I AM going to give him is a record by The Flaming Creatures, to have them a little closer. Or you know, possibly the microtape of him asking Brian/Tommy that sassy question about being a bisexual rock star. He'd be proud of himself. And Curt would probably laugh.

Lyall: There are a lot that would make him a bit wistful, but he'd love to have a good set of glassicals back, or his specimens/lab.

Eponine: She ALSO wants her sister and brother. Mostly because, though she knows it's not true, she feels a bit like she's abandoned Azelma to her father, and she'd appreciate time with Gavroche. She doesn't have a lot of things at home, and she's pretty happy not to be there, to be honest.

Ha, I'm imagining Eponine trying to balance being wary with trying to keep her identity under wraps once she realizes Cosette doesn't have any idea who she is and it's truly HILARIOUS. That's an arc that could be really fun (and dramatic, eventually) to play out :D :D

Jord is kind of a toss up, b/c Laurent genuinely cares for him, but I'm not sure Jord would be any more or less happy in Darrow than at home. He probably got a hella promotion at home too so, Laurent would be like, well, welcome to this vat of weird shit XD
