For Sybil it is the loss of her family. This isn't like when she was away training to be a nurse, she knew she'd go home to her family then. It's lonely for her at times and she misses them all fiercely.
For Sif it is the connection with Heimdall and the Bifrost. I've gone with that bit of comic canon that they're brother and sister (Hey, Asgard, weirder things have happened) and being able to feel and connect to that sort of power and to no longer have that is awful.
Dakin bth loves and hates the lack of responsibility. He does feel like he's wasting his life (it's a feeling that's starting to creep in more and more) but he likes being in charge of his own destiny and not having the expectation of others on him.
Tosh... That's the hardest one. I think she'd bring Jack. She misses him, he's the one who always knew what was going on. Even when he abandoned him she was sure that he'd return.
